1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Beem Vision, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Beem Vision is a document scanning service that extracts structured data from uploaded images and PDFs using optical character recognition and AI-powered analysis.

3. Free/Public Usage

• The service is currently provided free of charge for public use.
• Usage is subject to daily rate limits (10 scans per day per device). If the same device connects from a different network, it is still counted as the same device.
• Uploaded documents are not stored on our servers.
• Scan results and shareable links expire and are deleted after 1 hour.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse prevention measures.
• Submit malicious files or content designed to exploit the system.
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service without authorization.
• Upload documents containing sensitive personal data of others without their consent.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

Beem Vision uses AI-powered extraction which may not be 100% accurate. Extracted data is provided on an "as-is" basis. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any extracted information before relying on it.

6. Limitation of Liability

Beem Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or data loss.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded documents and the data extracted from them. Beem Vision does not claim ownership of any content you submit.

8. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
